Quality Control Process

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials undergo rigorous chemical and physical testing before acceptance. Our spectrometer ensures precise chemical composition verification.

In-Process Quality Control

Continuous monitoring of molding sand properties, melt chemistry, and pouring temperatures ensures consistent quality throughout production.

Final Inspection

100% dimensional verification using CMM and precision instruments, along with mechanical property testing and surface quality assessment.

Documentation & Traceability

Complete documentation of all test results with full traceability from raw material to finished product, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

Quality Control & Testing Infrastructure

Dimensional Inspection

  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine): For precise dimensional measurement of complex geometries.
  • Contour Measuring Tracer: For accurate surface profile and contour analysis.
  • Precision Measuring Instruments: Comprehensive range including Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Depth Gauges, and Bevel Protractors.

Sand Testing Laboratory

  • Wet Tensile Tester: To measure the tensile strength of wet sand.
  • Universal Strength Machine: For testing compression, shear, and tensile strength.
  • Permeability Tester: To determine the permeability of molding sand.
  • Moisture Tester: For rapid determination of moisture content.
  • Mould Hardness Tester: To ensure mold consistency.
