  • Induction Furnaces: Inductotherm Tritrack 1-ton induction furnaces for continuous operation with a dedicated fume extraction system.
  • Molding Line: Tokyu 600x700x250 box size High Pressure Molding Machine with a fully automatic flaskless molding line.
  • Sand Plant: State-of-the-art sand plant with a capacity of 60 tons per hour, featuring an Eirich mixer.
  • Core Shop: COMPAX Fully Automatic Universal Parted Amine Cold Box Core Production Unit with core sand mixture, core dipping tanks with stirrer, and gas-fired core oven.
  • Dust Extraction: Advanced dust extraction systems to maintain a clean environment.
